I have nearly twentysix years of professional experience with over a decade of it as a licensed practicing Principal Architect working with a broad range of residential & commercial projects ranging from remodels to additions to custom homes to commercial buildings. 

My practice was formed on the belief that I could find a market niche by offering a high level architectural service while eliminating the costs that a typical architectural firm has built into their structure.

Prior to forming Vastukar I worked for numerous firms in Delhi after graduating in Bachelor of Architecture in 1979 from University of Roorkee, (now IIT Roorkee) Roorkee. My major interior contracts was Shopper's Stop at Hyderabad, a 66,000 Sq.ft. store, where along with 4 other interior contractors, I completed the contract in time & was appreciated for the work.
